Reader contact messages are not sold. This policy describes information associated with Namastay Organized and correspondence with the publication. Effective September 19, 2026.
The records behind a visit or message
- Correspondence
- A message can include your name, email address, article feedback and attachments. We use it to respond, assess corrections or rights concerns, and keep the correspondence needed to follow up. Avoid sending household access codes, payment details or unrelated documents.
- Website requests
- Services that deliver and maintain the site may handle IP addresses, browser information, page requests, access times and referring pages. These records support delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse.
- Browser storage
- Cookies and similar storage may be used by site features. Manage them through your browser; blocking storage can change how a feature works. Outside links lead to services with their own information practices.
Service providers may process information needed for website operation or correspondence. Disclosure may also be required by law or necessary to address misuse or protect the publisher and readers.
A correspondence thread may be needed to resolve a question or document a correction; technical records may serve operational and security needs. Retention depends on these purposes and applicable legal obligations. We do not keep records longer than needed for them.
Questions about your information
